I've got a new experience to share. So im 26years old this year and planning to buy a house since the economy not really good plus before it cure back to normal and the housing rate shoot up to the sky. I couldnt afford it anymore.
Currently im working 9-5 job and with the salary of RM 1300. Went to ask around and got few contacts from the bank. I decided to call 1 by 1 and they rejected me when i told them my salary as they said i couldnt afford and even suggested me to go apply for PR1MA. I went to apply that like 2years ago and each time i renew it i got rejected as for the min salary for the application would be RM2000!!
Yup u read it correctly it is RM 2000 min ok!
After several bankers rejected me giving the reason of not enough salary, i will not give up and managed to contact the last bankers so he was nice by not rejecting me on the spot but he advise me politely and made me faced the reality im facing with that salary and also he gave me some calculation so i'll noe what is the range of house i should be looking for before applying for the house loan.
with the salary of RM1300 i managed to get house for +/- RM65k. Bankers will calculate like these sort of so that we can have an idea what we are looking at
GUIDELINE 1
give approx of RM750 personal spending if the IC if from main city place (JB/KL).
Personal spending such as petrol, food, grocery etc.
Any other commitment such as creditcard, car loan, personal loan.
Our salary after epf socso deduction eg mine RM1100- 750 (personal spending set by bank) - any other commitment (for me i dun have 1) = RM350 huhu. how gonna pay the house..
GUIDELINE 2
RM1100 (my salary after epf socso deduction) X 40% (percentage of max allowed commitment from salary) = RM440 is the amt of 40%
RM1100-RM440 = RM660
Conclusion still less than RM 750. If there is a chance for loan approval pon maybe less than RM65k.
This is how they calculated it. So good luck guys! hope all of us will get our own house with our name on the geran by 2020!! oh why 2020, that is my personal goal actually hehe. by im 30 years old.
Thanks to the banker that advise me so, ive quit my job and looking for higher salary plus not negotiable. As i work for a house ok not for experience anymore. haha.

Dorra Slimming Centre- Free Trial
Hello and Good Morning!!
As you all know i like to go on free trial coz seems i can stand the temptation of the result plus the packages provided. I decided to go for Dorra Slimming Centre Station 18 Ipoh, Perak.
My appointmnet on the 7th April (thursday) at 630pm after work! yohoo!! i came at 620pm, the asked my IC for registration then bring me to the consultation room asked me to put my bag in the room and weighing time! and i was suprise with the number showed at the weighing scale.
2 weeks ago i was 66 kg and i tried not to eat dinner and plain water only and now the weighing scale showed 61kg! unbelievable. and straight away put my mind set my weight suprisingly easy to go low if i skip my dinner then. After the weighing i waited at the consultation room at 629pm and waiting for my real consultant Chloe to come.

644pm Petite Chloe came in and explain about the process im going through later and also how the fat develop, ask about my meals, mdeical background, constipation etc. I have to be half naked and take picture to showed me whichever the place i need to reduce.
She also showed me the package and mentioned to her that i cant afford that high of rate RM 4XXX then same as London Weigh Management they will use the point trick. Also i reject about that thing coz i already know about it before. U should too!

I still say i dun want. End up she said ok we can go to the room and do the session, and she will give 1 extra booster also. Tengok kan she actually can give for free or its inclusive the package but she trying her best to make me pay for it.
Die bebel sampai 737pm!! and barulah go to treatment room, Finally!
Enter the room she asked me to take out the clothes put in the locker and take the towel plus wear the disposable panties. Done all that and she asked me to stand still as she need to take measurement and also to lay down coz she wanted to take another picture pulak.
SO the first step is Double Booster, its like put ampoule and rub to the body using thei signature machine and roll it up to your focus place for 20 minutes. Afterwards, they will wrap u up using plastic wrapping food tu at your body tightly and off you go to the infra-red capsule treatment. I think around 15 to 20 minutes. Chloe asked me to sleep, i wonder how am i going to sleep after all the rolling me with the booster btw the booster and the roll up are really hot but they will adjust the temperature at first but i just like "iwanna slim down fast, if it has to burn me then be it tht way" haha. but the machine will adjust the temperature according to the body after tht. So back to the capsule i think its around 15mnt and done.
After the treatment finished before put on my clothes Chloe measure me back and asked me to take a look at the mirror. My impression was WOW, a lot of different too. The total different in cm is 10.6cm. thats alot. and i like my tummy too after a week ive done the treatment. Head to the locker room.

You know i just reliase they didnt weight me back after the treatment done. I wonder why. They did give me 3 vouchers to give to friends and they will get alot of free treatment compare to mine but the best part is if 1 person go i will 1 exactly free treatment as what they enjoy. Yes!

London Weight Management - Free Trial

Nak share pengalaman selepas beranak kan anak first pada tahun 2014 saje2 la bosan2 dok rumah ternampak iklan LWM ni so saya pon subscribe ajela. Nways its free no harm pon kan cuma memang kena jangkakan yang mereka akan push push untuk promote package mereka ni. Its ok. Im cool with it u know.
Sehari selepas subscribe tu je mereka terus call dan buat appointment. Tak tahu jalan punya pasal plus masih dalam pantang terpaksa la amik taxi kan. Tu lah gedik sangat nak cuba. Rumah dekat Masai tapi benda ni dekat AEON Bukit Indah. Tapi tak apa, tak cuba tak tahu. Nak spare masa 3 jam pulak tu untuk sesi pertama.
So masa mula mula datang disambut oleh sape ntah nama die lupa dah. Datang aje bagi tahu nama and kena timbang dan ukur tinggi ler. Pastu masuk ke dalam bilik macam consultation room. Dia tanya tentang part mana tak suka, cara pemakanan macam dietrician la plak kan sebab tanya pasal health background kita in details tau. Lepas itu die minta izin nak ambil gambar half naked. I mean with the bra n panties only tau! Since dia tak ambil gambar muka. Its ok la layankan je, dalam kepala otak pikir bila la nak pergi treatment die nih. Dalam 40 mnt tau untuk ini sahaja!!
Finally masuk ke bilik treatment.
Steam Bath
Yang ini macam bilik sauna aje la, tapi bilik sauna dia i loike. Serious nak buat 1 kat rumah. Dia akan bekalkan kita 1 tuala basah jadi easy for you to breath in that for 10 minutes aje.
Lavender Sea Salt Scrub
Untuk membuang sel2 kulit mati. Salt tu akan dissolved and penetrate into skin then osmosis process happened where water/sweat will come out. Die pon gosok2 badan kita pakai salt tu. Ingatkan die akan gosok sedap sedap rupanya die gosok macam tonyoh2 je gitu. Boleh la bau die pon sedap. Scrub ni di apply di atas infra-red warm blanket so macam 1 application before next treatment.

Its time for the blanket la plak tapi badan kita dialas oleh plastic ea jangan risau benda ni xkan direct ke kulit kita. Treatment ni amik masa 20 minit. Consultation kata kalau nak tidur pon boleh. Tapi tak boleh tidur pon sebab baru nak lelap sales executive die datang la dan menconteng kertas putih sambil membebel lagi pasal proses osmosis. Baru nak tidur sebab masa tu je xde anak dengan kita kan. Walaupon benda tu panas and agak gatal la juga tapi my nap is very important. Habis aje benda tu die suruh pergi mandi. Tapi peluh i xbanyak la, hairan sungguh. Mungkin sebab bukan gemuk air kot. And die pakse keringkan rambut sapai tak de air langsung tau, takut effect berat kot.

Mereka akan ambil my body measurement dulu. Kemudian di sapu dengan 1 jenis ampoule. Fungsi dia untuk membakar lemak. Based on them its very expensive la. Kemudian dia akan menggunakan machine. Target area tummy, thigh ngan lengan. Terasa vibrate kecil2.Treatment selama 20minit. This machine will break the fat tissue. Lemak akan keluar melalui peluh, urine & stool. So dinasihatkan minum air banyak.
TIPS!!
1.Sebelum datang make sure minum air secukupnya sebab anda akan kehilangan air yang banyak semasa proses treatment ni. Kalau minum betul2 sebelum treatment akan tunjuk di weighing scale tau. Nanti kita akan berat sedikit dari biasa, Benda ni normal. Saya buat macam ni and berat selepas treatment xturun pon. Nampak x game dorg.
2. Jangan tertipu dengan reduction of payment by replace their points. The points doesnt exist ok. Kalau mereka tak nak turunkan harga ikut bajet kamu so ask them to shut up. Cut the conversation.
3. Part paling kecewa bila dia ukur badan, setiap kekurangan dalam ukuran die campo sume sekali. Contoh peha kuran 1.5inch lengan kurang 1 inch so die campo jadi 2.5 inch total loss. Ala bullshit. Tertipu lagi. Jadi part die advertise tu selalu mind set kita ialah 1 tempat bermasalah sahaja kurang banyak tu. Jadi jangan berharap sangat.
4. Mereka akan paksa untuk amik treatment package dorg yang xde offer untuk 5 kali treatment je. Mesti 10kali ke atas and cost around 1600++ Untuk org ada duit sng la bagi mereka tapi bagi kita g la gym ea. Nways kalau ad kad kredit mereka ad banyak offer. So sila tabahkan jiwa.

Habis Treatment
Badan kita akan diukur dan timbang berat la. And masuk balik dalam consultation room. Macam biase la die akan draft package yang sesuai untuk kita lepas tu dia akan bagi tahu trick die yang sangat common in marketing iaitu once kita cakap too expensive. Mereka akan kate guna la point die untuk reduce kan the price. I know the point doesnt exist. If its exist surely you akan tolong family and friends dulu. Bukan offer cut off points for random people. Siap nak tolong buatkan loan. OK lah dia bekerja kan and ada target monthly. So be it, i wont enroll. Plus saya ad request kat dia since saya berpantang di johor tapi bekerja di Ipoh jadi memang tak boleh follow up untuk treatment yang ke2. Dia mati mati tak bagi transfer and bila da balik pon few days later call non stop. Even da explain saya dah ada dekat Ipoh. They asked me to go back Johor for the treament.
Last solution block the number lah apa lagi orang xpaham bahasa kan..

The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat, Ipoh, Malaysia
So the job scope will be handling outside guest enquiry through phone, internal call either from staff or in house guest, making their reservation with our hotel and if they wanted to go other hotels after check out we provide the service too as in to book the hotel on their behalf, flight reservation. Anything that related to the guest we have to and need to fulfill it unless its against Butler SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
After 9 months working there with a lot of things been scolded by my lovely boss. :D Ms. Suzana Azmi. She taught me alot about how to handle life and how life will be after we go out from this place. I really owe her so much for all the knowledge that she taught me. So she promoted me to Junior Butler. This would be related to outside job. Outside from the office job and the starting salary would br RM 1200.
The job scope for Junior Butler will be specifically when the guest become our in-house guest we will need to follow up with them whether they wanted to join our daily activity such as jungle walk, yoga, taichi etc. Get to know them by their food preference especially allergy as the hotel's restaurant provides healhty way of cooking and more to rejuvenation. So it will be helpfull for our inner strenght and inner aura. The main point working here is that you have to be their personal butler from head to toe request even shoe shining and unpack pack luggage but im not sure whether now they send any of butler training to new staff.
My Boss Front Office Manager Ms Suzana Azmi decided to resign as she got another offer after few years working with TBHR. Its heart breaking for all of us as she is like our own mother but rugged and sporting version of course. She had to say goodbye. And slowly one after another left the place too including me. Due to i have no chance to go further in term of position and there are no chance for higher pay. So Adios from me to TBHR. Here will be some of the photo i wanted to share with all of you.
